We are pleased to announce that our Assistant Solicitor, Ben Leach, has now passed all the examinations for the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) Diploma in Trusts and Estates and has been accepted as a full member of STEP. He has shown that he is not only specially qualified but also is very committed and well placed to assist our clients as part of our experienced team in dealing with private client work, including preparation of Wills, the administration of Estates and Trusts, Court of Protection applications and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
