Gemma joined JBHS Solicitors in 2019 and qualified as a Solicitor in September 2023. Gemma specialises in Property Law and advises on tenancy agreements, evictions and land disputes, as well as guiding clients through residential conveyancing transactions. Gemma expertly handles purchases, sales, remortgages, buy to let, right to buy and help to buy matters. She is also proficient in the preparation of auction packs, and buying and selling properties through auction.

Gemma is approachable, supportive and efficient. She particularly enjoys building a relationship with her clients, and takes pride in making moving house a process that is as smooth and stress free as possible.

When not working

Outside of the office Gemma enjoys spending the time with her two dogs, partner and family.
