Sarah is one of the Partners at JBHS Solicitors and specialises in all aspects of family law including divorce, children matters and financial matters resulting from the breakdown of a marriage or relationship. Sarah also assists clients in cohabitation disputes, pre-nuptial agreements, post-nuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements.
Throughout Sarah’s career, she has assisted clients all the way through their matters, including in court. She has extensive experience in advocacy and is comfortable with court proceedings for all family matters.
Sarah also deals with all other areas of private client work including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Estates.
Sarah’s approach is to try and resolve matters as quickly and amicably as possible and she always strives to get the best possible outcome for her client. She enjoys helping clients through what is often a difficult time in their lives and aims to be supportive and approachable and provide clients with the reassurance they often need.
Sarah completed her training contract at JBHS Solicitors, qualifying as a solicitor in 2013. She has worked at a number of different firms throughout her career and returned to JBHS in 2020, becoming a Partner shortly after.
Sarah is kept busy looking after her two sons and her dog. She enjoys spending time with her partner and family and particularly enjoys meals out and going on holidays.
